Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager / SCM Head to join our team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, demand and supply forecasting, customs regulations, and a deep understanding of global markets. This role encompasses overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory control, logistics, and supply chain strategies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
8-12 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG, ecommerce, B2B, and D2C industries.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chains on a global scale.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and customs regulations.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems, with experience in quick commerce and unicommerce platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of invoicing processes, debit and credit notes, and financial compliance.
