I've always focused on building a community!
Not on likes, comments and vanity metrics.
And I can't tell you how impactful it is.
Recently, I got an invitation from Arnika
For her marriage (Non Bengali marriage 🫣)
And I enjoyed it a lot.
Her family's hospitality.
Total celebration and rituals.
Return gift, gesture and laughter.
But more than enjoying, I want to tell you something.
I wouldn't have known her if I weren't on LinkedIn.
And rather than just staying active on LinkedIn.
I kept building an authentic community.
A lot of people don’t know, but Arnika Bhardwaj and I have been connected since 2023.
We both support each other, and we’ve had an amazing podcast as well.
She was part of my community as well.
And that led to a strong friendship.
Well, keep making good bonds, my friend.
It pays off. I’m living proof.
