I remember I was helping an utterly capable executive to find a suitable job.This was slightly different from my main stream of business consulting scope.
What I noticed that this person has worked for 20+ years in the same industry.His salary is much low compared to his capacity and ability.He was not recognised the way he should be.He had a nice behaviour and still didn’t flourish.

I considered this as my personal humiliation and started working with him.I told him - look I am not a recruiter nor an employer.I will just assist you to get a nicer job and he showed up with all commitment and openness.More importantly he trusted me because of our past acquaintance.

After 30 days I almost forgot about him.

In the 3rd month he called me from another city and explained me about his exciting new job with higher responsibility and remuneration.

Three things that worked with him :
1. He remained curious student through sessions.
2. He took it as top priority though he had great amount of struggles in various aspects.
3. He discovered his uniqueness and started applying all around.
