It is not that he don't have MBA . He is not fit for the organization,in terms of culture, and may be not adjust with his boss.

He has lot of frustration in his mind that is why he frequently shifting

If its just the job, you can change jobs and that can fix .

My opinion is that if you are satisfied with the job It will ok
but if you must find out different type of income sources so that help you to grow in the logn term.
