Gazette notification about WBCS syllabus change is a guideline only for WBPSC. It is not the final syllabus.
যদি syllabus change এর প্রধান উদ্দেশ্য এই হয় যে Aspirants রা একই প্রস্তুতিতে UPSC এবং WBCS পরীক্ষা দেয়ার advantage পাবে , তাহলে এই Gazette guideline এর সাথে UPSC syllabus এর অনেক পার্থক্য আছে , it is nowhere near UPSC syllabus....
যেমন : GS পেপার গুলি মিশ্রিত আছে , No mention of [ Ethics & EI , parts of Sociology, International Relations, Eco-Sociological problems, English Communication, World History, World Geography, Art & Culture, Post Independence till 1965, Governance, Developmental Polity, Welfare & Policy, DI, decision making & problem solving, National & International Security, parts of Public Administration, Current Affairs focussed GS papers, etc]
সর্বোপরি একটি বিশাল ফারাক আছে Standard of Questions এ , so the main objective of this syllabus change , to help aspirants of Bengal, doesn't happens with this Gazette mentioned syllabus.
Two demands so that Bengali mother tongue candidates (
বাংলা মাতৃভাষা যাদের ) get the advantage both in WBCS and UPSC
1> Essay পেপার টি যাতে Bengali Essay হয় সেটির আবেদন করতে হবে [ As in many State PSC like UPPSC, it is Hindi Essay paper]
2> প্রিলিমিস এ একটি বাংলা গ্রামার এর পেপার বা সেকশন (15 % weightage )রাখতে হবে , যেমন UPPSC রেখেছে হিন্দি পেপার রেখে
3> Make the syllabus more in line with UPSC instead of Gazette suggestion, so that with one preparation, candidates can crack both the exams
