A successful recruiter will collaborate with Team Leader on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs for clients. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and Job portals, Personal contact, Vendors. Job Discription:
Responciblites:

• Designing and updating job descriptions
• Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates.
• Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g. Naukri, Shine. com, Times Job, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)
• Screening resumes as well as Understand the profile as per requirements of application forms
• Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, telephonic, video)
• Advertising jobs on careers pages, job portals, and social media and personal contacts.
• Reporting to the Team Leader coordinate for recruitement and fulfill the requirements.
• Sending job offer and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits
• Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time-to-hire and time-to-fill etc.)
• Hosting recruitment to referances and job fairs.
• Discuss with Team Lader for identifying clients staffing needs.
• Providing guidance to candidates also helping them for documentation.
• Proper follow-up with Candidates of pre joining and post joining.

Requirements:

• Prior Knowledge of an HR Recruitment.
• Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.)
• Sound knowledge of all recruitment process
• Experience with resume databases maintainence, ATS and Excel Database.
• Sound knowledge of full cycle recruiting
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
• Extra ordeniry Convencing Skills for recruitement.

• BBA or MBA Qualified.
