1. Muladhara Chakra:
This is the first chakra of the body. Between the a**s and the p***s is this "base chakra" with four petals. 99.9% of people's consciousness remains stuck on this chakra and they die by staying in this chakra. Those whose life is dominated by enjoyment, s*x and sleep, their energy is concentrated around this chakra.
Mantra: "Lam"
How to awaken: Man is animalistic as long as he is living in this cycle. That is why by constantly meditating on this chakra, keeping restraint on enjoyment, sleep and s*xual in*******se, this chakra starts waking up. The second rule to awaken it is to remain in the spirit of witness following Yama and Niyam.
Effect: When this chakra is awakened, a sense of valor, fearlessness and joy awakens within a person. Valor, boldness and awareness are necessary to achieve accomplishments.
2. Swadhisthana Chakra -
This chakra is situated four fingers above the linga root, which has six petals. If your energy is concentrated on this chakra itself, it will dominate your life for fun, entertainment, travel and fun. While doing all this, you will not even know when your life will be spent and your hands will still be empty.
Mantra: "Vam"
How to wake up: Entertainment is necessary in life, but not the habit of entertainment. Entertainment also pushes one's consciousness into unconsciousness. The film was not real. But what you experience by connecting with it is the proof of your unconscious living. Drama and entertainment are not real.
Effect: When it is awakened, the evils of cruelty, pride, laziness, pride, disobedience, distrust etc. are destroyed. In order to get siddhis, it is necessary that all the above bad qualities are eliminated, then only siddhis will knock on your door.
3. Manipura Chakra :
This chakra of blood color located at the root of navel is the third chakra in the body called "Manipur", which is with ten lotus petals. The person whose consciousness or energy is concentrated here, has the urge to work. Such people are called karma yogis. These people are ready to do everything in the world.
Mantra: "Ram"
How to awaken: To give a positive dimension to your work, we will focus on this chakra. Breathe in from the stomach.
Effect: Due to its activation, craving, jealousy, slander, shame, fear, hatred, attachment etc. This chakra basically provides self-power. It is necessary to be self-reliant in order to achieve accomplishments. To become self-realized it is necessary to realize that you are not the body but the soul. With self-power, self-confidence and self-esteem, no goal of life is rare.
4. Anahata Chakra
The twelfth team of golden color situated in the heart place is the "Anahata Chakra" with lotus petals adorned with twelfth golden letters. If your energy is active in Anahata, you will be a creative person. Every moment you think of creating something new.
Mantra: "Yam"
How to Awaken: By exercising restraint and meditation on the heart, this chakra starts to awaken. Especially by meditating on this chakra before sleeping at night, it starts to wake up with practice and "Sushumna" starts moving upwards by penetrating this chakra.
Effect: When it is activated, lust, deceit, violence, sobriety, anxiety, attachment, conceit, imprudence and ego are eliminated. With the awakening of this chakra, there is an awakening of love and compassion within the person. When it is awakened, the knowledge starts manifesting itself at the time of the person. The person becomes very confident, secure, characteristically responsible and emotionally balanced personality. Such a person becomes very benevolent and without any selfishness, lover of humanity and all-lovers.
5. Vishuddha Chakra
In the throat is the place of Saraswati, where is the "Vishuddha Chakra" and which is of sixteen petals. In general, if your energy is concentrated around this chakra, you will be very powerful.
Mantra: "Ha"
How to wake it up: By exercising restraint and meditating in the throat, this chakra starts to awaken.
Effect: By its awakening, knowledge of sixteen arts and sixteen virtues is attained. Due to its awakening, where hunger and thirst can be stopped, the effect of weather can also be stopped.
6. Oblivion:
In the browbone (in the forehead between the two eyes) is the "Agya-chakra". Generally, the person whose energy is more active here, then such person becomes intellectually rich, sensitive and sharp mind but he remains silent in spite of knowing everything. It's called "intellectual accomplishment".
Mantra: "Om"
How to wake up: This chakra gets awakened by staying in the witnessing sense while meditating between the forehead.
Effect: Immense powers and siddhis reside here. With the awakening of this "Agya Chakra" all these powers are awakened, the person becomes a Siddha Purush.
7. Sahasrara Chakra:
The position of "Sahasrara" is in the central part of the brain i.e. where the peak is placed. If a person has reached here by following Yama, Niyama, then he has become situated in the blissful body. Such a person has nothing to do with the world, sannyas and siddhis.
How to awaken: It is only through "Muladhara" that "Sahasrara" can be reached. This "chakra" is awakened by continuous meditation and one attains the position of Paramhansa.
Effect: There is a collection of many important electrical and biological electricity at this place in the body structure. This is the door of "salvation".
