Is The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Winning In Sudan?
A civil war broke out in Sudan eight months ago between two factions of the Sudanese military. The Rapid Support Force (RSF) led by Muhammad Hamdan Daglo “Hemedti” and the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) led by General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan used to administer Sudan after the Sudanese Revolution in 2019 against the leader Ahmed Awad Ibn Auf.
Even after eight months of civil war, there is no prospect of an end to the conflict, nor is there any indication of a political settlement on the horizon. Recently, according to the news, the Rapid Support Force (RSF) just took control of Sudan’s second-largest city, Wad Madani, the seat of al-Jazirah state, a significant safe haven for hundreds of thousands of internally displaced Sudanese citizens (about 8,00,000 displaced population).
What does that mean for Sudna’s future now?

Erasing The Red From The Red Sea
The Israel-Hamas conflict has now moved beyond Israel to Yemen and the adjacent Red Sea region, which is 2,221 km away. At the beginning of the war, several Iran-backed groups, known as the “Axis of Resistance,” warned Israel not to escalate the conflict and reached a truce, but Israel refused to budge, even expanding the circle of the war in Southern Gaza in search of October 7 perpetrators like Yahya Sinwar and his brother Muhammed Sinwar.
As a result, the Houthi, an Iran-backed Shia militia group in Yemen, has threatened to strike any Israeli ship passing through the Red Sea, a major waterway between Asia and Europe. The Red Sea connects the Gulf of Aden to the Suez Canal, via the 18-mile-wide Bab-al-Mandeb. Suez, through the Mediterranean Sea, opens the access to Europe.
Therefore, it is a vital commerce route connecting Europe and Asia, and the alternative is too far away, stretching all the way to the extreme south of Africa via the “Cape of Good Hope.” The route through the Cape of Good Hope may increase shipping and insurance costs by 30% and result in delays of 10-20 days for cargo from India, a geopolitically vital country in the Indian Ocean, to destinations in Europe and vice versa.

On The Eve Of 2001 Parliament Attack: Masood Azhar, The Mastermind Of The 2001 Parliament Attack, Is In The Protective Custody Of The Pakistan Army
He joined the Soviet-Afghan Jihad even though he failed in his training. He had to retire due to injuries. Following his retirement, he was appointed head of Harkat’s motivation department.
Masood Azhar became the general secretary of Harkat-ul-Ansar and travelled to numerous countries to recruit, raise funds, and disseminate the doctrine of Pan-Islamism. Zambia, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Mongolia, the United Kingdom, and Albania were among his destinations. The BBC describes him as “the man who brought jihad to Britain.”
Azhar flew to Srinagar under a fictitious identity in early 1994 to soothe tensions between Harkat-ul-Ansar’s feuding groups, Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami and Harkat-ul-Mujahideen. In February, India apprehended him in Khanabal, near Anantnag, and imprisoned him for his terrorist actions with the organisations.

Erasing Xinjiang — The Soul of Xinjiang Is On The Verge Of Collapse
Following the end of World War II, the entire world underwent ideological transformations. The Western countries lost control of the colonies they used to exploit for various resources like human resources, minerals, and markets.
Some sections of China experienced the same thing. Its Manchuria province was liberated from Japanese imperialism. The country gained independence, but it quickly devolved into a civil war between the Communist ideology of Mao Zedong and the capitalist philosophy of Chiang Kai-shek.
The civil war continued even after the conclusion of WWII until it concluded on December 7, 1949, resulting in a Communist triumph and subsequent control of mainland China. With the beginning of Communism in the country, the country adopted the ideology of expansionism.
With an expansionist mindset, China employs a program of diversion and trickery to dupe the authorities of Tibet and Xinjiang. Tibet came under the sovereignty of the People's Republic of China (PRC) after the Tibetan government signed the Seventeen Point Agreement, which the 14th Dalai Lama endorsed on October 24, 1951, but later repudiated because he had done so under duress.
