General Tips to prevent from getting infected from Corona :
1) Corona Virus goes inside through Nose & Mouth - so you have to prevent this by any means - ie Wearing Mask, Face Shield, Sanitising hands with soap or alcohol.
2) There is Community spread from asymptomatic carriers now ie they have no symptoms but carrying Virus. Anybody who is going outside house is a potential carrier of Corona Virus. So, whoever is coming home from outside should maintain social distancing from other family members. He should wash his clothes and take warm bath after entering house. He should not touch anything in house without sanitising his hands.
3) Wash hands with soap or sanitise with alcohol after touching anything and do not touch face, nose or mouth without washing or sanitising your hands. Sanitise anything you buy from outside and even currency notes.
4) Have citrus fruits & other seasonal fruits and take Vitamin C tablets & Multivitamins daily.
5) Drink hot liquids or water frequently. Gargle with warm saline water frequently. Wash inside nose with soap & warm water to decrease the viral load (Jal Neti).
6) Do Exercise - a) Breathing (Sudarshan Kriya & Kapalbhati Pranayama) b) Aerobic exercise & Yoga.
7) Do Meditation for 20 minutes daily and sleep for 7 - 8 hours daily. Immunity decreases if you are tensed so should relax by Meditation & adequate sleep.
