Birthday Dump! Became more wiser and spiritual. This year is special as I could gift myself a brand new phone which I wanted for the last few years. Also on this day I had to visit my Jaggu.. wherever I am, he makes a way to visit on this day...

"You think the devil has horns? Well, so did I."
We're often taught to look for big, obvious signs of struggle. We picture a "devil" with horns and a pitchfork, just like we imagine OCD as just being a "perfectionist." But the reality is far more complex.
OCD hides behind a facade of normalcy. It's a psychological devil—unseen, unheard, and often misunderstood. What looks like a weird habit or a need to be “in control” is often a desperate fight against intrusive thoughts and overwhelming anxiety.
This reel is a reminder that the biggest battles are often the quietest. Awareness is understanding. Compassion is noticing.
