🧘‍♂️🌿 International Day of Yoga 2026 🌿🧘‍♀️

The Department of Karate, The Scottish Church Collegiate School, Kolkata, proudly celebrated International Day of Yoga 2026, inspired by the “Yoga Sangam” initiative of the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, which aims to promote Yoga as a global movement for health, harmony, and well-being.

The entire training session was successfully conducted by Sensei Prasenjit Das, Chief Instructor of the Karate Club of SCCS, who guided the students through various yoga practices emphasizing physical fitness, mental discipline, and inner peace.

Our students participated with great enthusiasm, dedication, and sincere effort, making the program a remarkable success. Their active involvement reflected the spirit of Yoga—unity, balance, and self-development.

We congratulate all participants for their commitment and thank Sensei Prasenjit Das for his inspiring guidance.
