Happy to share that the first event as a Microsoft Student Partner was successfully completed on 21st September, 2019 in Cloud Fest '19 by Developer Students' Club - NSEC.
The session showed light on the benefits of Cloud computing and why and when do we actually need such solutions. Link to all the slides shown during the event can be found below. Feel free to go through them if you missed it.

Announcement: Microsoft Student Partners is co-hosting a semester long session/workshop with Phoenix on Python and Machine Learning.
The course is intended for Beginner to Intermediate level students. No prior coding knowledge is required as we will start from scratch.
Attendees with above 75% attendance will be getting certificates from Microsoft. By the end of the course you'll be mastering Python and the basics of ML with multiple projects to show.
Hoping for maximum participation specially from the 1st and 2nd Year students.

Hey fellow NSECians, lots of questions on your mind about this page right? What even is MSP and when did something like this happen?
Let me begin by introducing myself, Hi—my name is Rishiraj Acharya, a student of 2nd Year, CSE Department and I’ve had the honor of becoming a Microsoft Student Partner since 4th September, 2019.
Student Partners epitomize Microsoft’s mission to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more—they are on-campus leaders & ambassadors of Microsoft with a passion for making a difference, building vibrant communities, and sharing the latest tech with their peers.
So what with all these? What can you expect out of the MSP program? Workshops, Hackathons, AI Gaming events and much more all year around. You might also be getting unique access to Microsoft resources, subscriptions and schwags.
But don't we have so many tech clubs in NSEC already? Yes, we do and as a MSP, I plan to walk hand in hand with all these clubs since our ultimate goal is the same: to inspire their communities to learn and grow.
Lots of work awaits to be done in these coming weeks. Creating a Core Team, building a website for MSP, applying for permissions from the Principal, NSEC as some of them. I'll start these processes as soon as I return from NASA Space Apps challenge.
