2026 is exposing one harsh reality about the job market:

Being experienced is no longer enough.Being adaptable is.

Companies are restructuring teams, automating repetitive work, and prioritising people who can:• work with AI• solve problems faster• communicate clearly• drive revenue or efficiency

The biggest mistake job seekers are making right now is assuming this phase is temporary. It’s not.

We are moving toward a workforce where:→ smaller teams will do bigger work→ AI literacy will become a basic requirement→ ex*****on speed will matter more than degrees alone→ multi-skilled professionals will grow the fastest

Some of the highest-demand AI-related roles right now include:• AI Product Manager• Prompt Engineer• AI Automation Specialist• Data Analyst• AI Content Strategist• Cybersecurity & Cloud roles• AI-integrated Marketing & Sales roles

Most candidates lose salary negotiations before the negotiation even starts. 🚨

When the interviewer asks:
“What are your salary expectations?”

Most people either:
❌ Quote a random number
❌ Give an emotional reason
❌ Undersell themselves completely

But salary negotiation is NOT about your expenses, your struggles, or the fact that you want growth.
It’s about the VALUE you bring to the company.

That’s why you should always remember this simple formula: 👇

MCS Formula
✔️ M = Market → What companies are paying for your role
✔️ C = Current → Your current salary + realistic hike
✔️ S = Skills → The extra value and expertise you bring

Example:
Current salary = 5.2 LPA
Market salary = Around 10 LPA

Instead of saying: “I want 10 LPA”
Say: “Based on my experience, skills, and market standards, I’m looking for something in the range of 10–12 LPA.”

This makes you sound:
✔️ Confident
✔️ Professional
✔️ Data-backed

Use platforms like Glassdoor and AmbitionBox to check the actual salary range for your role based on:

Happy Mother’s Day to the woman who is behind every little thing I am today. ❤️

I know a lot of people who follow me have heard me say this before, but I truly mean it every single time. Whatever little I have achieved in life, a huge part of the credit goes to my mom.

From believing in my dreams before anyone else did, to standing beside me during every phase of my journey, she has been my biggest strength, my safest place, and honestly… my best friend.

There were moments when I doubted myself, felt stressed, confused, or overwhelmed, and somehow she always knew exactly what to say to make things feel lighter again. Her faith in me made me believe in myself.

A lot of people see the work, the videos, the confidence, and the journey today… but behind all of that is a mother who quietly supported me, encouraged me, prayed for me and loved me through everything.

And no matter how much I grow up, achieve, or evolve in life, I think a part of me will always just be a little girl wanting to sit beside her, talk about everything and feel at home again. ✨

Stop ending your interviews with “that’s all from my side.” That’s where most candidates lose impact.

Instead, ask questions that make you sound like you’re already part of the team.

Question 1
✅ “What is the biggest priority for the team right now?”
👉 Shows you care about real impact, not just the offer.

Then pause, lean slightly forward and ask

Question 2
✅ “Six months from now, what should I achieve to do really well in this role?”
👉 Now they start imagining you in the role, delivering results.

This is how you stand out without trying too hard.
