Yoga is a way of life. It is a divine mixture of art & science that is imbibed in our great Indian culture. Today, we all know the significant contribution Yoga can do in our lives for our physical and mental health benefits creating an overall holistic development.

NSHM Institute of Health Sciences, Department of Yoga, is starting 'The Yoga Volunteer', a government accredited certificate course that has been designed to take forward the legacy of Yoga & create awareness about Yogic Sciences amongst our society.

- The Yoga Volunteer is a certificate course accredited with The Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of AYUSH under Govt. of India.

- Participants will get a globally recognised Yoga Volunteer certificate at the end of the course

- The syllabus would include history, fundamentals, Asanas & benefits of Yoga (Theoretical & practical)

- Daily 1hour session per batch

- This course is open for all UG Final semester students of the NSHM Knowledge Campus.

- Sessions to start from 4th March 2022.

- Timing - 3 PM onwards. (Batch 1: 3:00-4:00 pm; Batch 2: 4:00-5:00 pm)
