২০২৬ শিক্ষাবর্ষে Netaji Nagar College (Evening), Kolkata- ভর্তি শুরু হয়েছে। ১৯৬৭ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত ও University of Calcutta-এর অধিভুক্ত, NAAC (3rd cycle) স্বীকৃত এই কলেজে B.A. ও B.Com (Honours & General) কোর্সে Arts ও Commerce বিভাগের বিভিন্ন বিষয় পড়ার সুযোগ রয়েছে।

৮ই মে ২০২৬, কলেজের অর্থনীতি বিভাগ তাদের দেওয়াল পত্রিকা “অর্থান্বিতা”র ১০ম সংস্করণ প্রকাশ করে। “স্থিতিশীল উন্নয়ন ও পরিবেশ” শীর্ষক এই সংখ্যাটি পরিবেশ-সচেতন ভাবনা ও প্রজ্ঞার এক উজ্জ্বল নিদর্শন । অনুষ্ঠানে নবীন মননের সৃজনশীলতা ও ভবিষ্যৎ পৃথিবীকে ঘিরে তাদের দায়বদ্ধতার অঙ্গীকার প্রতিফলিত হয়েছে।

Publication of the 10th Edition of the Wall Magazine Arthannita by the Department of Economics

The Department of Economics published the 10th edition of its wall magazine ‘Arthannita’ based on the pertinent theme , “Sustainable Development and Environment” on 8th of May 2026. Integrating the disciplines of Economics and Environment , the event imparted a holistic approach towards environmental sustainability and economic prosperity. While students were made aware of their need to be sensitive towards environmental health through responsible conduct and ecological conservation, their active participation also encouraged and supported dynamic and collaborative teaching- learning.

"Motivating Intellects or Constructing Careers"
Our Career Counselling Cell's enterprise in alliance with the Department of Commerce, IQAC and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India-Eastern India Regional Council towards shaping student careers has been a praiseworthy one. The programme captured the essence of nurturing budding minds to sketch avenues concerning their professional growth. This comes in close linkages with an insightful session addressed by Dr. Subrata Mukherjee, the keynote speaker where a keen participation essentially on part of our students and faculty members made it a one to remember.

কবিগুরু রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুরের ১৬৫তম জন্মজয়ন্তীতে বিনম্র শ্রদ্ধাঞ্জলি— গান, আবৃত্তি ও নৃত্যের তালে আজ আবার প্রাণে জেগে উঠল তাঁর অমর মানবধর্মের আহ্বান। নেতাজি নগর কলেজের সাংস্কৃতিক উপকমিটির উদ্যোগে ছাত্র- ছাত্রী সহ শিক্ষকবৃন্দ ও শিক্ষাকর্মী সবার আন্তরিক অংশগ্রহণে দিনটি হয়ে উঠল স্মরণীয় ও হৃদয়স্পর্শী। রবীন্দ্রআলোয় আমাদের পথচলা হোক আরও উদার, আরও সুন্দর, আরও আলোকিত।

Netaji Nagar College Celebrates the 165th Birth Anniversary of Kabiguru Rabindranath Tagore


Marking the 165th birth anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore, this is our humble tribute to Kabiguru. With the initiative taken by the cultural subcommittee of the college , students and staff actively and spontaneously participated in Rabindra Jayanti celebration, honouring Tagore’s legacy through songs, recitations and dance performances while sharing riveting thoughts. The gilded wisdom of Gurudev touched and enriched us.

Department of Education Publishes the 3rd Edition of its Wall Magazine

১৫ মে ২০২৬ কলেজের শিক্ষা (এডুকেশন) বিভাগের উদ্যোগে তাদের দেওয়াল পত্রিকার তৃতীয় সংখ্যাটি প্রকাশিত হয়। এই সংখ্যার মূল বিষয় “জাতীয় শিক্ষানীতি (NEP) ২০২০ ও উচ্চশিক্ষা”, যা নতুন শিক্ষানীতি অনুসারে উচ্চশিক্ষার সম্ভাবনা ও পরিবর্তনের দিকগুলো তুলে ধরেছে। অনুষ্ঠানটি শিক্ষার্থী ও শিক্ষকমণ্ডলীর আন্তরিক অংশগ্রহণে সৃজনশীল পরিবেশে সম্পন্ন হয়।

The Department of Education published the 3rd Edition of its Wall Magazine on 15th May, 2026. The issue got unveiled with its headline 'NEP 2020 and Higher Education' primarily stressing upon the varied changes owing to the former along with numerous possibilities slowly and steadily affecting the educational arena. The Wall Magazine was inaugurated by our Principal Sir and the event was graced by our teachers, our students all which would remain inspiring as ever.
