Independence Day Celebrations at Techno India Group Public School, Ariadaha

Techno India Group Public School, Ariadaha, celebrated India's 80th Independence Day with great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm. The morning began with the ceremonial flag hoisting, followed by the release of balloons symbolising freedom, unity, and the aspirations of a young nation.

The school was honoured to welcome Col. R.K. Srivastava as the Guest of Honour for the occasion. In his address, Col. Srivastava presented an inspiring PPT presentation, encouraging students to actively invest themselves in the welfare and progress of the country, and to see nation-building as a personal responsibility rather than a distant ideal.

The celebrations continued with a vibrant cultural programme, where students showcased their talents through patriotic songs, dance performances that reflected the spirit of freedom and the sacrifices of India's freedom fighters.

As part of the school's commitment to holistic student welfare, a free eye and dental check-up camp was organised for students and staff members. The initiative was conducted by Dr. Rajdeep Samaddar, Founder & CEO, Dentogenesis, and Dr. Rumeli Mondal, Optometrist, Sagar Dutta Medical College and Hospital, S. Ghosh Optical, along with their respective teams, who extended their expertise to ensure the well-being of the school community.
The event stood as a beautiful confluence of patriotism, culture, and community care — a true reflection of the values TIGPS strives to instil in its students.

🏅 Celebrating Excellence! 🏅

We are delighted to share that Arov Jana of Class VII has brought laurels to our school by winning multiple medals at the 58th West Bengal State Shooting Championship 2026 (Rifle & Pistol), held from 3rd to 9th August at Asansol and organised by the Asansol Rifle Club as part of its Platinum Jubilee — 75 Glorious Years.

Arov's dedication, discipline and sporting spirit are an inspiration to all his peers. The entire Techno India Group Public School, Ariadaha family warmly congratulates him and wishes him even greater success in the days ahead. 🎯👏

*A Date with History: TIGPS Ariadaha Visits "Soi-Sabud"*
7th August 2026

Techno India Group Public School, Ariadaha, added another meaningful chapter to its journey of experiential learning as students of Grade XI, accompanied by their teachers, visited "Soi-Sabud" — an exhibition of autographs and handwritten letters of eminent personalities — at the Nehru Children's Museum, Kolkata.

Curated by Kolkatar Kathokata in collaboration with the Nehru Children's Museum, the exhibition opened a rare window into the voices and hands that shaped history. The team behind Kolkatar Kathokata guided the students through each piece with evident passion, unfolding the stories behind the letters and gently impressing upon them why the preservation of history matters — not as dusty archives, but as living testimony for generations to come.

One member captured the spirit of the day with a timeless Bengali couplet:
"যেখানেই দেখিবে ছাই, উড়াইয়া দেখো তাই, পাইলেও পাইতে পারো অমূল্য রতন।"
— a gentle reminder that treasures often lie hidden where we least expect to look.

The students returned with more than memories — they carried away a spark of curiosity to collect, to preserve, and to value the fragments of history that quietly become tomorrow's testimony.

Outstanding Achievement at the 10th International Karate Championship

The 10th International Karate Championship, held at Netaji Indoor Stadium on 1st August 2026, turned out to be a moment of immense pride for TIGPS Ariadaha. A contingent of 18 students from the school participated in the prestigious championship, showcasing exceptional talent, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Through their unwavering dedication, rigorous training, and determined spirit, every participant earned a place on the winners' podium by securing either Gold, Silver, or Bronze medals in their respective categories. Their remarkable performance not only highlighted their individual excellence but also reflected the school's commitment to nurturing holistic development and encouraging students to excel in both academics and co-curricular activities.

The entire school community rejoiced in this outstanding achievement. The Principal, Ms Debdutta Bera Adhya, wholeheartedly congratulated the medal winners and applauded their hard work, perseverance, and commendable performance. Splash into Blue 💦 | Blue Day Celebration & Pool Party

At Techno India Group Public School, Ariadaha, we believe children learn best when they explore, experience and enjoy. In that spirit, our little stars of Balvatika I, II & III dived into "Splash into Blue" — a joyful Blue Day Celebration & Pool Party where fun met meaningful learning.

Blue stands for peace, confidence, imagination, trust and calm. Through blue-themed discussions, creative classroom activities and playful water play, our young learners discovered the colour all around them.

The pool party was far more than splashing about. It helped children build confidence, sharpen coordination and balance, awaken their senses and strengthen gross motor skills — all while learning to share, take turns, cooperate, follow safety instructions and respect rules.

Adding to the joy, the children savoured an assortment of homemade dry snacks lovingly prepared by their families. These wholesome treats refreshed our little ones and gently reinforced the value of home-cooked food and healthy eating — while sharing them nurtured kindness, gratitude and togetherness.

With cheerful music, laughter, games and countless happy splashes, every smile captured the magic of learning through play. At TIGPS, Ariadaha, we remain committed to experiential learning that nurtures every child — cognitively, physically, socially, emotionally and creatively.
