For a long time, only marathi education was available in this area, due to which the students of this area faced lots of difficulties in getting higher education and after that to get a good job. Since all the earlier education was in marathi many of the students did not go further because they felt incompetent with out the knowledge of English language. r Kapshi, saw the problems faced by these youngsters and decided to do something about it. Kamble realized that the major obstacle is the fear of English language, so to tackle the issue he knew he had to remove it from the grassroots level. Hence, under Janata Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Vadgaon, Sou. Indumati English School was established in the year 2006. IES provides education from Nursery to standard 10th, English medium, authorized by Govt. Currently students from nursery to 5th standard are getting education. The School has future plans of starting with:

- Vocational Education for 10th pass students from any medium.
- Computer Education for all
