The students had the opportunity to explore our state-of-the-art research laboratories and gain firsthand exposure to advanced research facilities. During the visit, they were introduced to the diverse research activities being carried out at the center, spanning
cutting-edge developments in nanoscience and molecular medicine.

The Amrita School of Nanosciences and Molecular Medicine, Kochi was honored to host Sanjeev Jain, Chief Operating Officer of Wipro, along with his team, for an engaging visit to our campus.
The delegation interacted with Dr. Shantikumar V. Nair, Associate Provost - Academics, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and explored our advanced research facilities, gaining insights into pioneering work in nanoscience, molecular medicine, and translational research. The visit provided an opportunity to showcase how cutting-edge science is being transformed into solutions with meaningful societal impact.

Amrita School of Nanosciences and Molecular Medicine, Kochi hosted a distinguished delegation from University of East Anglia, Norwich, United Kingdom, comprising Professor. Christopher R. Burton, Dean of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medical and Health; Dr. Kathryn Mares, Associate Professor in Physiotherapy & Deputy Head, Commercial and Innovation; and Ms. Anjana Singh, Regional Director South Asia.
During their visit to Amrita School of Nanosciences and Molecular Medicine, Kochi, the delegation met with Shantikumar V. Nair, Associate Provost β Academics, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, and Dean of ASNSMM. The meeting featured productive discussions on strengthening academic ties and exploring potential student exchange programs between the two universities, creating opportunities for enhanced global learning and collaborative engagement.
The visit concluded with a guided tour of the state-of-the-art laboratories at ASNSMM, providing the guests with insights into the institutionβs cutting-edge research facilities and ongoing scientific initiatives.

We were delighted to host 37 (BSc and MSc) students from the Department of Biotechnology, J.J. College of Arts & Science (Autonomous), Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu, at the Amrita School of Nanosciences and Molecular Medicine, Kochi, as part of their industrial visit.
The students were introduced to the center through an informative orientation session that provided insights into our academic programs, research initiatives, and state-of-the-art facilities. This was followed by guided laboratory tours led by our esteemed faculty members, offering the students a firsthand experience of advanced research environments and ongoing scientific innovations in nanoscience and molecular medicine.
The visit served as a valuable opportunity to bridge classroom learning with real-world research, inspiring the next generation of biotechnology professionals and researchers.
