MOTHER DIGNA EVER ROLLING TROPHY DEBATE COMPETITION -
ST. TERESA'S COLLEGE , ERNAKULAM

Topic : Returning of Awards - A Publicity Stunt or Empathetic Approach?

DATE : 25th Jan 2016
VENUE : St. Teresa's College - Arts Auditorium

* Team should consist of two members.
* Debate consists of two sessions. In the first session, each member speaks for 5 minutes for / against the topic. In the second, the opponent (will be decided on the basis of lots) will pose 2 questions to the speaker who has to answer it in one minute each.
* The language used must be English
* The competition is strictly for UG students.
* A prize money of Rs. 3000/-,Rs. 2000/- & Rs.1000/- will be awarded to the first, second & third prize winners respectively.
* Best speaker gets a cash award of Rs. 1000/-.

PANACHE'15 a milestone that'll be etched in our hearts until the sun sets forever. As for any other event the wheels start rolling months before, in fact, we had started planning since last year. We know that we don't thank our families, but gratitude should never go unexpressed, so we thank Our English Department who put their hearts, minds and souls into it. Panache'15 wouldn't have reached anywhere without this large turnout of participants, we sincerely express our heartfelt gratitude to all the colleges and schools who participated and gave life to our event. And in the end, we would like to thank all our sponsors, without whom all our efforts would've gone in vain.
