Congratulations to ViVian Hariharan Ramesh who received his Engineering degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Dubai. He graduated with Magna cm laude in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Psychology. Additionally, he also received the Research Scholar Award for the year 2026 from RIT (Rochester, New York).

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum awarded the degree during commencement last week.

Hariharan Ramesh was a student of VijnanVikas classes during his childhood for several years till higher secondary days. He was a very dynamic and articulate participant of the class contributing to discussions, quizzes, and cultural shows.

The Pattern Institute congratulates Hari as well as his parents, Ramesh and Sathya, and young brother Shiva, and wish him well in his future academics, career, and life.

The Pattern Institute is proud to announce the hooding of WiSE Vivian Karthik at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, USA, where he was formally invested with the academic hood, signifying his successful completion of advanced studies leading to a doctoral degree. The ceremony was held yesterday 11 AM EST.

He did is undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Amrutha School of Engineering, Coimbatore, India. Thereafter he worked with Ericsson India at Bangalore from 2013 to 2018 as Software and Networks Engineer. He then moved to the USA and completed his graduate degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina, at Charlotte. He has now obtained his Ph D. degree from the same university, in the area of Interactive visualization tools for large-scale single-cell genomics data. His specific areas of interest include Data Visualization, Visual Analytics and Data Science. Prof. Dr. Ann E. Loraine was his advisor.

Karthik Raveendran belongs to the 2009 WiSE Vivian class, having attended the VijnAnVikAs classes right from its inception (2003) till he left for college.

This is where she also had graduated from, with her Masters degree back in 2022. NFSU is a prestigious national university.

She has hence resigned from her the position of Assistant Professor at Parul University after 2 years of working there.

Congratulations to 𝐖𝐢𝐒𝐄 𝐕𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐣𝐢 (Class of 2015) who joined as a Sales Associate (𝐷𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑖𝑐𝑡 𝐷𝑖𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐶ℎ𝑒𝑛𝑛𝑎𝑖) with 𝐙𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨. She joined work on Oct 13, 2025, Akshaya has a Masters degree from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Master of Fashion (Entrepreneurship) in 2021. She was a student at Our Own English High school, Sharjah during her higher secondary years, and then took her bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from the Hindustan College of Arts and Sciences, Coimbatore , 2019. Akshaya attended VijnAnVikAs classes through her higher secondary school years till she left for India in 2015 for higher studies at Coimbatore.

Congratulations to Akshaya on her new position with Zomato and her continued growth in profession as well as in her life. Congratulations to proud parents, Hema and Balaji too.

Congratulations to WiSE Vednarayan Varma (TeensGI 2022-23) who graduated from the University of Edinburgh on 27th November, completing his 𝐌.𝐒𝐜. 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝, 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. University of Edinburgh, situated in Scotland is a highly prestigious institution part of the Russell group and remains to be one of the oldest universities in the English-speaking world.

Vednarayan took his undergraduate degree from Krea University, Sri City, Andhra Pradesh with a BSc in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy.

He is also currently doing another 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬, and plans to enroll for a PhD soon.

The Pattern Institute is happy to announce that WiSE Vivian designate (2025 batch) Dev PK, who just graduated out of high school from GEMS United Indian School (GUIS) Baniyas, Abu Dhabi, has joined the Rourkela National Institute of Technology (NIT-Rourkela) for the B. Tech programme in Mechanical Engineering.

Dev Jayan attended the VV classes from 2017/18, having started through the physical sessions at Abu Dhabi, and then later continuing through the online sessions. He used to attend most classes and all the special events.

The Pattern Institute congratulates ViVian Dev and wishes him the very best in his higher education. Congratulations to the proud parents Jayan and Dhanya, as well as to his sister Ameya who still attends the classes.

The VijnAnVikAs and The Pattern Institute congratulates WiSE ViVian Sainath Rajesh (Class of 2021) who has graduated with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, Tamilnadu, IN.

Sainath attended VijnAnvikAs classes from 2011 till he completed class XII in 2021, for over 10 years. Sainath, along with his younger sister ViVian Nandana were regular attendees of the VV classes taking part in all the special activities like exhibitions, cultural programs, and seminars. It is to be noted here that his parents also were integral part of the classes and programs through all these years.

The Pattern Institute and VijnAnVikAs congratulates WiSE Vivian Siddharth Menon (Class of 2015) who just completed all the requirements for the Graduate (MS) degree in Computer Science, majoring in Visual & Interactive Computing, with a minor in Theoretical Computer Science, from the renowned ETH-Zurich (Federal Institute of Technology- Zurich), Switzerland. Computer Graphics and Computational Geometry were his passions.

Siddharth is now moving to London, UK, to join PETEX (PE Limited) who are specialists in Engineering and Machine Learning Software and Platforms, as Research and Development Engineer, to develop engineering and structural geology software systems.

Siddharth attended VijnAnVikAs classes right from age 5 till he left school in 2015 after Class XII CBSE, to enter into higher studies at University of California, Riverside, for his BS degree in Computer Science. He joined ESRI Inc., at Redlands, CA, USA after an internship with them during the final year and worked as a Solutions Engineer for exactly three years. He moved to ETH, Zurich, for his masters in 2022. He also worked part-time with ESRI R&D center in Zurich where he worked on some aspects of graphics, vision, mixed reality, and 3D cartography technologies.

He will be joining PETEX who are now headquartered at Guildford, Surrey, England, southwest of London, on October 13, 2025 - moving from geographic modelling to geological modelling!

The Pattern Institute wishes Siddharth all the very best in his budding career, and life.

The Pattern Institute is happy to announce that this year's WiSE Vivian designate Gaurav Manoj, who just graduated out of high school from the GEMS Founders School, Al Mizhar, Dubai, will be joining the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest (UVMB), Hungary, for their Integrated Masters Programme.

Gaurav Manoj has been a passionate animal lover and we have seen him take care of even stray animals (cats etc.) with care and love. I am sure he will be enter into studies and profession with such motivations powering him.

Gaurav Manoj attended the VV classes for over 8 years and have been an active student taking part in all the classes as well as the activities. He is the lone WiSE designate from this year of VV classes.

The Pattern Institute is happy to announce that WiSE ViVian Manju Nair has qualified to receive her Masters degree certificate in Speech Pathology from the Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia.

Manju is a WiSE certified ViVian from the year 2017. She completed her BASLP (Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology) from Amrith Vidyapeetha, Kochi (in 2022) before she went to Perth for her higher studies.

Congratulations are also due to her for yet another milestone that she has achieved by way of joining as a Speech Pathologist at Communikids Speech Therapy center at Perth itself.

Congratulations to WiSE ViVan Deepankar Dilip is completing his MBA in Healthcare & Hospital Management from The Indian Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur. He is thereafter, joining PwC (Price Water Coopers) India, as an Associate Consultant for the Healthcare Advisory Team in Bangalore HQ (Starting on 27 January 2025).

Deepankar belongs to the 2019 batch of Vivans. He took his bachelor's degree from Amritha school of Biotechnology at Kollam, specializing in Microbiology, in the year 2023. He has also interned with KIMS Thiruvanathapuram as a quality management intern.

Deepankar was a VijnanVikas student of The Pattern Institute for over 10 years form 2008 as a 6 year old till his family relocated to Kerala in 2018.
