1. People will stare, some will say encouraging things while others will tell you you're doing too much and should chill out2. Some movement will not feel that comfortable. Listen to your body and adjust! Youre stance and range of motion will need to be changed as belly grows. But you dont need to necessarily avoid a bunch of your normal exercises.3. The weights you were lifting pre-pregnancy are likely not going to be hit. There has been a decline in my strength. But my focus isnt PR or getting stronger, my goal is to maintain my muscle mass best i can and improve my chance of a quicker recovery!4. You will need to be even more hydrated!Dont wait to be thirsty to drink the water.5. You prep for labor. Whether you are doing vaginal or csection.Things like pelvic floor strengthening, relaxing, stretching, breath work.6. Motivation will not be there most days. You will be tired and will not want to go. There will be no magic trick to get you to workout.Discipline will be the only thing getting you through the door. You have to remember your why.7. Do not workout on your own. Make sure you have a trainer experienced in prenatal yoga and maternity workout.8. ‼️Lastly !! Every pregnancy is different. Please don't compare yourListen to your doctor and only Unless your doctor specifically told you not to for some reason.* ‼️Keep working out!!!It only brings benefits.Just keep in mind, Pregnancy is not a disease!💪🏻You are the portal to life.✨Pregnancy is POWER!💪🏻

A different kind of before and after ME. Took me these many years to get here as of today. Growing up is not easy. There is no rite of passage. It's anxiety all the way. The first bruise happens while learning cycling. First period ends in stains. First loves we know end in broken hearts. Even though these are all experiences, they suck when they happen. But then after all the bumps and bruises, what matters is the freedom we gain, the life we create, and the love we end up with. The trick is growing up but not growing old. It's been one hell of a ride with zero regrets! This makeover has been a fun journey!
Happiest birthday to me 🎂🥂

FAT FIRST OF FRUIT 🍎FIRST ⁉️

1. You can do either 🫶or you can alternate between the two. Fat first is usually recommended for a plethora of reasons from gut healing to balancing blood sugar levels. If that's your goal then you can start with fat first.

2. You can consume fruits 15 mins post your fat first or sometime later not too close to a heavy meal.

3. Coconut milk decaf coffee or butter coffee with 1 tsp ghee are both sources of fat first. If you don't want to do caffeine, just switch to decaf.
I usually rotate between the two - some davs fat first and some davs fruit first. 😊

4. Let's say you can't do both on some days due to travelling and all ... just eat your normal poha, Upma for breakfast and that's okay too.
Maybe just have some warm water to start your day with and move on.

5. You can safely pair your morning dry fruits with either fat first or fruit first... so that's not a problem. You can pair dry fruit or fruits together for example - chia seed pudding. One of my most fav breakfast😋
