Successful Completion of the Inaugural Batch of MDP-Rx.

Rajagiri Business School proudly celebrates the successful completion of the first batch of MDP-Rx (Management Development Program for Medical Professionals). This flagship initiative equips practicing doctors with the leadership and management competencies required in today's rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Over the past eight months, participants engaged in a transformative learning journey covering healthcare leadership, strategy, operations, finance, innovation, quality management, and healthcare transformation. The program combined classroom learning with industry interactions, hospital immersion, and capstone projects addressing real-world healthcare challenges.

The Valedictory Ceremony was graced by Dr. Girdhar Gyani, Director General, Association of Healthcare Providers (India) and Advisory Board Member, MDP-Rx, as Chief Guest. Adv. Vancheeswara Iyer V., Director, BeyondMyCoaching Pvt. Ltd., joined the event as Distinguished Guest.

We congratulate all participants of this inaugural batch for their commitment to continuous learning and leadership development. We also thank our faculty, mentors, advisory board members, healthcare leaders, and partner organizations for their invaluable support in making this initiative a success.

Founded in 2020 by IIT Guwahati alumni Aayushi Khandelwal, Akhil Kansal, and Kuldeep Parewa , Anveshan is a successful Indian food-tech startup that revitalizes traditional farming by delivering pure, unadulterated superfoods like cold-pressed oils and A2 ghee to urban consumers. By setting up decentralized micro-processing units directly in villages, the brand empowers local farmers to process raw ingredients traditionally, ensuring they earn higher incomes while using QR-code technology to give customers 100% supply-chain traceability. This unique blend of tech transparency, rural empowerment, and clean-label purity helped Anveshan scale rapidly to a ₹100+ crore revenue run-rate, securing major backing from investors like Wipro Consumer Care Ventures and the founders of boAt.

As part of Bodhi’26, an engaging discussion and meeting session was held at Rajagiri Business School, bringing together insightful conversations on academic growth, leadership, and the evolving future of education.
