Our TEAM ๐
When children are given a voice, they surprise us in the most beautiful ways .
On the very first day of Summer Camp, our learners shared how they want to spend their holidays, what they want to explore, and what truly excites them.
They wrote, reflected, and stood up to present their own ideas with confidence.
A simple activity, yet a powerful beginning to a summer where children take ownership of their learning.

New Yearโฆ New Termโฆ New Challengesโฆ embrace the organised chaos growing with every challenge and shaping the future, one class at a time ๐ฅฐ
Here are some tips for giving simple instructions and creating a happy and visible learning environment in kindergarten and primary classrooms, even with limited resources.
1. Use Clear and Concise Language: Keep instructions simple and direct. Use short sentences and avoid complex vocabulary.
2. Demonstrate: Show rather than just tell. Demonstrating an activity can help students understand what is expected.
3. Visual Aids: Even with few resources, you can create visual aids using paper, drawings, or simple charts. Use pictures or symbols to represent instructions or steps in a process, making it easier for young learners to grasp concepts
4. Incorporate Movement: Engage students by incorporating movement into instructions. For example, you could say, "Stand up, stretch, and then find a partner." This keeps energy levels high and makes learning fun.
5. Positive Reinforcement: Encourage students with praise and positive feedback. Celebrate small successes to create a joyful atmosphere. Simple phrases like "Great job!" or "I love how you listened!" can make a big difference.
6. Routine and Consistency: Establish routines so students know what to expect. Consistent daily schedules and repeating similar phrases for instructions help students feel secure and understand better.
7. Use Songs and Rhymes: Incorporate songs or rhymes to teach instructions or concepts. This makes learning memorable and enjoyable, and children often respond well to musical elements.
8. Interactive Discussions: Encourage students to participate in discussions about what they are learning. Asking open-ended questions can make them feel involved and allow their voices to be heard.
9. Create a Positive Classroom Environment: Decorate the classroom with student work or simple visuals that reflect their learning. This makes achievements visible and instills a sense of pride in their work.
10. Be Patient and Flexible: Understand that young learners may need time to process information. Be prepared to repeat instructions and adapt based on their needs
