Today’s industrial visit was an insightful and enriching experience for our students from Lenkara jewelry design and management institute Thrissur.
We had the privilege of visiting and & Jo, where Mr. Thomas, Managing Director, shared his valuable expertise and design journey. He clearly explained how design concepts are developed, how to interpret and implement a design brief, and the importance of building strong mood boards and concepts.
What stood out the most was his perspective on thinking differently—how each form can evolve from a theme and how designers can creatively explore and play with those ideas during the design process. His emphasis on innovation, attention to detail, and achieving a refined finish truly inspired our students.
We sincerely thank Mr. Thomas and his wonderful team for their warm hospitality, support, and for making this visit so meaningful. Looking forward to more such learning experiences.
