Yesterday, I had the privilege of addressing Armed Forces Officers from the prestigious Faculty of Management Studies(FMS), Delhi, in an impactful webinar on Career Transition from Uniform to the Corporate World. The session delved into domain selection, certifications, networking, interview readiness, compensation negotiation and corporate orientation.

After a splendid webinar with IIM, Indore on the subject "How to Ace the Summer Internship" on 15th Jan 2022; I felt the webinar needs to reach wider audience due to the importance of internship in the life of anybody who transits from "campus to corporate" especially post the pandemic where the dynamics of Virtual Internship is a reality.

In the continuing series of knowledge and experience sharing with 8 institutions in last 3 months on grooming youngsters for careers - it was a delight to do a webinar for PGP and IPM courses of IIM, Indore.
My deepest gratitude for a post session feedback of 96% mentioning that the objective of the session has been achieved !
My professional journey started from Indian Railways, became a Lieutenant Colonel in the Armed Forces where I led a Commando Team and commanded an Artillery Regiment. After hanging up my boots moved on to the Corporate as Chief of Operations and Head of HR and finally a coach for Leadership, Life and career transitioning,
Never did it occur that one day, I will be making the difference to IIMs and IITs apart from other premier Institutes in grooming youngsters towards career excellence !
