ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Captain Jose Alex is a retired short service commissioned officer from the Corps of Engineers ,Indian Army. He is a civil engineering graduate from 1991-95 batch and also has an M-Phil in Counselling Psychology. Having served in the Army for five years, he was awarded the prestigious Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card for his combat role during Kargil operations in Mushkoh Valley, Kashmir in 1999. He is presently the Regional Head of Security for Europe and RCIS for VFS Global and is in Moscow, Russia.
