PM Shri Govt. Higher Secondary School Mughalmaidan Kishtwar

A health and wellness, yoga and fitness program was organised by PM Shri Higher secondary school Mughal maidan under the supervision and able guidance of worthy principal sir.
The program aimed to create awareness among the staff and students about the importance of physical and mental well-being in day to day life.
The event began with a brief introduction on the significance of yoga, meditation and daily exercise in maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
Students and staff actively participated in various yoga, asanas, pranayama and simple physics activities . The session highlighted the importance of physical fitness, mental peace and a healthy lifestyle in our day to day life.

Day 7th

"First aid training workshop"

As a part of the sewa parv ,a first aid training workshop on the theme health and wellness was organised at PM Shri Higher Secondary school Mughal maidan in which Dr. Ashraf giri medical officer PHC Chatroo delivered a commendable lecture and demonstration on the theme "First aid training workshop" . The workshop was aimed at equipping both students and teachers with essential life saving skills to deal with emergency situations effectively.The main aim of this program was providing first aid , including cpr, managing wounds,handling burns controlling bleeding and basic safety measures during any kind of emergency.All the staff members and students took part with enthusiasm.The whole program was conducted in a well maintained disciplineed and enthusiastic manner reflecting the true spirit of sewa perv.

Day 6th

"Spirit of sewa"

under the nationwide celebration of sewa parv held at PM SHRI hss mughalmaidan under the able guidance of worthy principal sir. The main aim of this initiative was to inculcate the students selfless service, compassion and responsibility towards the society. The program began with a short speech by the principal sir highlighting the importance of service in building character and strengthening the nation. He motivated the students to contribute positively in their surroundings through small acts, discipline and social responsibility. Various activities were held to make the occasion. Students delivered speech and recited poems on the theme spirit is dharma. The program concluded with the pledge taken by all the staff members and students to render their social services in the community.

On the 3rd day of sewa parv, celebration of a special program on disaster management was organised by pm shree hss Mughal maidan under the able guidance of worty principal sir and NCC associate officer Mr RK rathore.
The program was conducted by NCC wing of our institution with enthusiastic participation from all staff members and students .
The session aimed at creating awareness about being well-prepared to face natural as well as man made disasters. During the events cadets highlight various precautionary measures, rescue techniques and safety guidelines that can help minimise loss of life and property during emergencies . The principal sir in his speech appreciates the NCC cadets and encourages the students to remain vigilant, disciplined and ready to contribute towards the safety of society in times of crises to spread awareness in their communities . The program concluded with a pledge to stay alert,prepared and responsible citizens making the day highly successful and meaningful.

The 2nd day of

"SEWA PARV" IN PM SHRI HSS MUGHAL MAIDAN

was marked with thought provoking and creative activities. A powerful speech on say no to drugs was delivered by Mr Sandeep Kumar Rathore who inspired the students by explaining harmful effects of drug addiction and the importance of a healthy, disciplined lifestyle. To complement the message participated in poster making, drawing and painting competition through their creativity they presented strong visuals and slogans spreading awareness about the dangers of drugs. Their enthusiastic participation reflected both artistic talent and responsibility. In addition our worthy principal as well as all staff members interacted with nearby shopkeepers urging them not to sell tambacoo and it's related products to students or minors (below 18 years of age). The practical step created a sense of accountability within the local community as well.
Besides this NCC cadets also take active participation in this programme with great zeal and enthusiasm and do their best.

Day Frist

Today our school organised a special program on cleanliness drive, a pledge was also taken by the head of the school,all staff members and students, in which both staff members and students actively participated. The event began with an awareness session highlighting the importance of cleanliness in our surroundings followed by practical activities like cleaning class rooms, corridors, playground and nearby areas of the school. Teachers and students worked together with great zeal and enthusiasm setting an inspiring example of team work and responsibility. The program not only promoted the message of hygiene and a healthy environment but also encouraged everyone to adopt cleanliness as a regular habit in their daily life.
