Bal Mandir Senior Secondary School

Bal Mandir Senior Secondary School, Kishanganj organized an Eye Screening Camp on 20th and 21st April 2026. The camp was conducted by Siliguri Greater Lions Eye Hospital & Eye Care Systems in collaboration with Marwari Yuva Manch, Kishanganj, Bihar.

During the camp, eye check-ups were carried out for all students, as well as teachers and school staff. The initiative aimed to promote awareness about eye health and ensure early detection of vision-related issues among the school community.

At Bal Mandir Senior Secondary School, a Fire Safety Week was organized on 16 April 2026 and 20 April 2026 by the Bihar Fire Services. During this program, the District Fire Officer and other fire department officials conducted awareness sessions for the students on fire safety and prevention.
A mock drill was also organized to train students on how to respond in case of a fire emergency. Along with this, a drawing competition was held among the students to promote awareness about fire safety in an engaging and creative way.

The children dressed as India’s legendary freedom fighters and celebrated our nation with a beautiful, colorful patriotic dance, spreading pride and joy! 🇮🇳✨

Little feet, big hearts! ❤️ Our tiny dancers portrayed Bharat Maa with her child, lighting up the stage with love, grace, and patriotism! 🇮🇳✨

The students of Bal Mandir Senior Secondary School beautifully showcased the vibrant traditions and folk dances from different states of India! 🇮🇳✨ A truly educational and entertaining experience!
