Traffic Light Activity
Today we conducted a Traffic Light Activity where children learned about the three colours of the traffic signal, their meanings, and the importance of following traffic rules. They also learned about the role of traffic police in keeping us safe.

Healthy food makes our body strong, protects us from sickness, and keeps our mind sharp. Fruits, vegetables, milk, and grains give us energy to play and learn. Junk food like chips, chocolates, and cold drinks may taste good but can harm our health if we eat them often. Children should learn to choose healthy food every day and eat junk food only sometimes. By making good food choices, we can stay fit, active, and happy.

Such awareness is created in school to teach children the difference between healthy food and junk food, and to help them make better food choices.
