On 31st July 2026, Dr. Somya Darshan Mohanty, Director (Academics), Dr. Rajendra Roul, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, and Dr. Sunita Sarangi, Head of the Training & Placement Cell, Capital Engineering College (CEC), attended the FRITEA – Build Your Team networking event at Electropreneur Park, Bhubaneswar, from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. The event brought together around 15startups, 20 engineering colleges, universities, industry representatives, and placement coordinators. The session was led by Mr. Manas Ranjan Panda, Director, STPI Bhubaneswar, and Mr. Tushar Mishra, Senior Location Executive, IBM Consulting FutureNow Center, Bhubaneswar, who shared valuable insights on hiring, team building, and industry-academia collaboration. Placement Coordinators were felicitated, and the event provided an excellent platform for networking, collaboration, and strengthening student placement opportunities.
