Start-up Garage Part I : As part of our academic delivery of our Executive MBA students we embarked on an innovative & vibrant session at the Luma World for the Star subject āStart-up Garage". Luma World is a recipient of the National Startup Awards 2021 in Education & Skill Development.
This visit was a remarkable blend of learning, inspiration & hands-on experience for the students that helped them with deep insights into the business of board games, business ideation, product-market fit, business development, etc.
The day began with great anticipation as our students arrived at their start-up ecosystem, greeted warmly by Mr. Venkat Iyer, the dynamic COO of Luma World, & Sidhant Chand, expert game designer & Founder Zenwood Games. It was extremely inspiring to hear from Mr.Venkat about the evolution journey of Luma World, right from its inception to becoming a leader in the educational Board Game industry. His narrative highlighted the blend of creativity, strategy, & business acumen that drives Luma Worldās success.
Venkat & Sidhant interacted with our students through an engaging session of both fun & learning at the same time with Board Games. Their practical insights into strategic business planning and innovative thinking showcased new perspectives on how businesses can simultaneously educate, engage, and entertain their audience.
Their entrepreneurial journeys, filled with both challenges and triumphs, resonated deeply with our students. This visit was more than just an educational trip; it was a transformative experience that underscored the importance of ever-evolving business landscape
