क्या आप जानते हैं कि यदि आपका बच्चा मेडिकल (NEET) की पढ़ाई कर रहा है तो दिल्ली स्टेट कोटा जो डोमिसाइल नहीं होने की वज़ह से लागू नहीं होता?
इसके अतिरिक्त ये भी देखने में आया है कि अन्य राज्यों के बच्चे दिल्ली में चल रहे dummy प्राइवेट स्कूल में 10था के बाद कागज़ों में अपना एडमिशन सुनिश्चित कर पढ़ाई अपने ही राज्य में कर रहे होते हैं। जिससे उनको 2 फायदे होते हैं वो अपनी रैंक को देखते हुए दिल्ली या फिर अपने राज्य जिसमें उन्हें कोटा मिलता है उसका उपयोग कर सकते हैं। परन्तु दिल्ली अपने ही यहाँ सालों से पढ़ने वाले बच्चों का स्टेट कोटा सुनिश्चित नहीं करती।
इसी को लेकर एक याचिका दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में लगी है।
आइये हम उस राज्य जिसमें मेरा बच्चा पैदा हुआ और स्कूल की पढ़ाई की उसमें state quota की माँग को पुरज़ोर करें।
