Khali Apsara High School was Established in the year 1988 to cater to the need of a Educational Institution in the Ranichheli Gram Panchayat of Khandapada. Since then the Institution dedicately providing basic educational facilities to childrens of nearby villages. from the inception it had three classe from standard eighth to tenth. in the year 1992, class of sixth and seventh was annexed to it. the school, despite number of problems like shortage of class room, adequate infrastructure, staff payment and other basic amenities, has never taken a break from the mission of spreading light and hope of Knowledge.
