MICRO-UNIVERSITY COMPLEX

‘ONE IS MANY’ is my mantra and I followed it word for word. Infact, the whole idea of Cyberworld Program as voluntary one with students going all the way out for
‘SELF - ASSUMED SLAVERY’ is to highlight the importance that after X, once they leave school, they will be on their own and they wear this mask for next decade, if they seek upto PhD.
Kudos to Keshav Sir, IT HEAD, for persevering and coordinating with all student leaders and classes and consrantly encouraging them and taking directions from me and seeking guidance eveyday from Sistrr Nakshatram garu, we can now aim to be a GLOBAL SUCCESS!!💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Initially, when we formed world group in May 2020, I wrote ‘Vision Document’ and mentioned of making a digital replica of our school.
However, i thought that in a month or two, students shall finish off all content for syllabi and i will get all the records of alumni and students and faculty and management uploadrd into a databse and make everything live and full fledged online system in 6months👀🤡
But as records were in poor condition and some were in damaged, I changed my attention towards HTML and wanted to see if students first pick up content making skill.
One of the most stunning moments was when Sister Nakshatram garu released an audio saying, “NOW, I DELCARE THAT STAGE-1 OF SJHS ROCKETSHIP SYSTEM GET KICKED OFF”
For few seconds, I agaped as ai never expected that sister would also use my words as i thought serious people r gonna see them as gibberish.
It boosted my confidence that things will work and SJHS IS SJHS!🚀
Keshav Sir has made significant contributions by encouraging lower grade students n the most stunning moment was when 6th class Varshini made a video of her presentation of HTML and that girl went on to be the LEADER OF OUR MULTI-MEDIA AGENCY even!😵💫🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
As I often said in recent past that right from Head of institutions, Sister Correspondent Sundari garu, HM sister Nakshatram garu, Sister Arogyam garu, old teachers, teaching staff, student leaders….students from X to IV, and even our BABY PHILOSOPHERS LKG-3rd🤡🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 and non-teaching staff…. Alumni, parents… anyone in the footprint of SJHS…even every speck of dust in grounds should be chanting HTML, HTML😂, now, the time has come to lay down blue print for entire ACADEMIC WORLD!!!
Someone said that we probably have 100,000 graduated from school from 1958. If we imagine that SJHS has a global footprint of let us say, 1crore or 10mn and with around 5000 students n teachers…involved at any time in this monumental Engineering feat, we could claim that we can be on the global job radar.
How?
Let me explain..
Imagine a Medical college of 1000 students.
They being medicos r super duper busy. They might take coursework in basics on HTML. Hwoever, THEY R TAUGHT TO WRITE PRESCRIPTIONS THAT LOOK GIBBERISH😂🤣
So, when they don’t have time to write even a word on prescription paper properly, how r they going to have time to do even a page?
So, with a billion pages(easily), they r definitely in need of content makers and programmers to get their college on web!
Imagine how many jobs?
This school sent many doctors n engineers n Accountants, Lawyers, Teachers, Police, professionals in virtually evrry sector.. imagine the number of jobs that get created..
That’s why as 4th are capable of spellings and words, we should start from them and every student must be involved in all the processes of BANKS!!
All these Banks are crucial In streamlining entire school and make it run like a factory that juts got automated!! Ooh, that means we could claim to have hit ‘VAMPIRE AND HIS SLAVE ARMY’ mode🤨👻😈😈😈😈😈
With this approach, we are leaving no stone turned.
IT HEAD AND COORDINATOR:
Keshav Sir as IT HEAD has a lot on his plate and it is hard for one person to do the same whole day and again and again. So, I often tell him to delegate responsibilities to student leaders of cyberworld program.
However, it is not fair to make students sign up online meetings after school hours as sometimes, these students like Sahithi, Spoorthi n others stay upto 12 or beyond at midnight.
TIME HAS NOW COME FOR ENTIRE SCHOOL TO SHARE RESPONSIBILITY N USE THIS SEAMLESSLY INTEGRATED ONLINE PAPERFREE SYSTEM.
That means Keshav Sir shall delagate all the maintenance work to his Deputy Hazira ma’am. If school succeeds, he gets the credit for running entire operations as there will be many tasks that he needs to coordinate and make them all work. Teachers like Jyothi ma’am, Prasanna tr., n Harikrishna sir are already helping him greatly. Swarupa tr. also and I am sure other teachers shall join and support him in this monumental feat.
He worked hard to figure out my programs and eventually after 6 mknths, all X student leaders learnt to run them.
Howver, it is now time for lowerclasses led by Hazira teacher to take things forward as X students need to use Cyberworld Program as toolset to ace thru their BOARD EXAMS!
She shall help students from 4th to 7th to pick up HTML, work with Proofreading Department.
As we already have a Testing team.
They shall test all the links and once proofreading is done and maintenance crew work on corrections, all the files in the syllabus bank should be sent to SYLLABUS feature on website.
That’s when each and every subject should be declare DONE DONE.
Keshav Sir shall coordinate with every teacher in this effort and help them understand the process.
As I wrote above, I was very much frustrated for starting from scratch.
But in hindsight, WHATEVER HAPPENED IS GOOD INCLUDING SOME NONSENSE FROM CANCEROUS KIND WHO TRIED TO STOP THIS PROGRAM AT ANY COST.😡
As we are engineering a process and setting standards, rest of the world shall follow us.
Whether they do it or not, if we perfect this school first as Micro-university and then CBSE joins our efforts n whole campus is marketed as the first in the world run with Micro-University model, rest of 80 schools of parent CSA organization shall join the feat!🚀💪🏽
THAT’S WHAT I WOULD CALL A ‘MICRO-UNIVERSITY COMPLEX’ with entire school system completely paperless and at heart and spirit committed toward ENVIRONMENT n be at the forefront on fighting CLIMATE CHANGE!🫡💪🏽🚀🔥
Whether the rest of the schools n institutions worldwide pick up or not, it is their headache…
AS GAMECHANGERS, WE SHALL THEN THROW A CHALLENGE TO ENTIRE WORLD N DEMAND,
