It was a proud moment felicitating our UG student, Samyak Gajanan Wankhade on bagging the Bronze medal for the 800m event at the recently held 4th National Championship at Prayagraj, Allahabad.
Also, our 2019 alumnus, Kailas Digambar Vairale stood fourth on the merit list of SGBAU, Amravati for MA (English) in the Summer 2021 examination. Congratulations Samyak and Kailash.

Thanks to the people of Khamgaon for their enthusiastic response to the sale of organic compost prepared by our college from the "nirmalya" obtained from Municipal Council, Khamgaon collected by them from Ganesh mandals during Ganeshotsav.
We began the extension activity of making organic manure from "nirmalya" in 2018 as a part of cleanliness drive and bringing about environment consciousness. After we receive the tractor- trolleys full of dried flowers, garlands etc., it is freed of articles like polythene bags, glass and plastic material before composting.
We've used the prepared compost for the trees and plants in our own college premises and as gift to visitors. This is the first time we had taken up a token sale for two days.
Though it is heartening to see people taking up installation of clay Ganesh idols and immersion in tanks specially built for the purpose by local authorities, use of non- degradable materials continues.
We see hope in the will and creativity of our youth to celebrate in an eco friendly manner.

It was a humbling experience to be in the presence of "waterman of India", Dr. Rajendra Singh. Inspiring words by Rajendraji, Shri. Sanjay Singh, Shri. Kumar Prashant and Smt.
