We are honoured to share the successful completion of the “Sharing of the Annual Report Card DIET Ganjam 2025–26” and the “Development of the Perspectives Plan for 2026–27” at DIET, Ganjam, Khallikote on 10 April 2026. The event, focused on review, reflection, and alignment with stakeholders across Ganjam district, was graced by the esteemed presence of the Chief Guest, Shri Purna Chandra Sethy, Hon’ble MLA of Khallikote, and the Chief Speaker, Shri Manoranjan Dyan Samantara, Hon’ble MLA of Chikiti.
The programme commenced with the inauguration of the wall magazine, “ଆମ ପ୍ରଗତି ଆମ ସ୍ପନ୍ଦନ 2.0”, followed by the felicitation of guests, ceremonial lighting of the lamp, and the inauguration of two statues—one of Goddess Saraswati and another being the restoration of an ancient statue of Lord Shiva—by the distinguished guests. The programme also featured an opening song and a video presentation showcasing the achievements of DIET during the academic year 2025–26.
The Principal, Dr. Santosh Kumar Parida, outlined the objectives of the programme, emphasizing the importance of collaboration among stakeholders in shaping the future of education. This was followed by the unveiling of the Annual Report Card titled “The Pulse 2.0”, and a compendium on innovative and good practices highlighting key accomplishments of the past year. The unveiling of the FLN Telugu material further added significance to the occasion. Dr. Parida was also felicitated by the distinguished guests on the occasion for successfully completing two years of dedicated service and for bringing notable achievements to the institution.
The Hon’ble Chief Guest and Chief Speaker delivered inspiring addresses, encouraging continued efforts toward excellence in education. The event brought together a diverse group of participants, including BEOs, BRCCs, ABEOs, DRGs, CRCCs, as well as National Awardees and State and District MSP Awardees, with representation from each block. Their contributions were invaluable to the review process and the development of the perspectives plan for the upcoming academic year.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the coordinator, Shri Bishnu Narayan Jena, Sr. Teacher Educator, reflecting the collective spirit and commitment of all involved.
In the second half, a technical session was conducted, featuring department-wise presentations by DIET faculty members. This was followed by an interactive activity wherein participants, in collaboration with DIET faculty, prepared block-wise perspective plans for the academic year 2026–27. This collaborative effort ensured that the plans were aligned with local educational needs and goals. The event concluded with insightful remarks and a heartfelt note of appreciation by Dr. Santosh Kumar Parida, Principal, DIET Ganjam, underscoring the importance of collective action in driving educational progress.
