દમણમાં ઓપન ગુજરાત કરાટે એન્ડ દમણ ચેમ્પિયનશિપ નું આયોજન ગુજરાત વાડો-કાય કરાટે ડો. એસોસીએન દ્વારા તેમજ વેસ્ટર્ન ઝોન ઈન્ડિયા પ્રેસિડેન્ટ સિહાન પ્રવિણકુમાર ચૌહાણના નેજા હેઠળ કરાતા ૩૦૦ થી પણ વધારે બાળકોએ ભાગ લીધો હતો. જેમાં એપલ ઇન્ટરનેશનલ સ્કૂલ કેશોદના જાની નવ્યા પ્રિતુલભાઈ કેશોદ તાલુકામાં
પ્રથમ તેમજ વસોયા તિલક વિ. કેશોદ તાલુકામાં ત્રીજા સ્થાને આવ્યા છે. આ બંને વિદ્યાર્થી કરાટે કોચ સેન્સય નાઝનીન ખાનના નેજા હેઠળ તાલીમ મેળવે છે. હવે રાષ્ટ્રીય લેવલની સ્પર્ધા દાર્જિલિંગમાં ભાગ લેશે. સ્કૂલના ટ્રસ્ટી પીયૂષભાઈ લાડાણી, પ્રિન્સિપાલ ડેનીશાબેન લાડાણીએ અભિનંદન આપ્યા છે. (મનિષ મહેતા)
