Proud to share the resounding success of 𝗗𝗲𝗼𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗵'𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿 2025–26 on date 04-02-2026! Over 900 enthusiastic youths gathered at Biju Patnaik Auditorium, Deogarh College, under the gracious presence of Hon’ble MLA Deogarh, Collector & DM, SP, MP Sambalpur's representative, Block Chairpersons, and other dignitaries.

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀:
- 18 employers & 14 PIAs offered diverse jobs and training.
- 32 on-the-spot offer letters handed out!
- 19 IRDMS trainees certified as Power Tiller Operators.
- Cheques to 6 new Nano Unicorns (2025–26) + 1 from last year.
- Special felicitation for Ms. Madhumita Deep's stellar contributions.

Honoured to have been invited as the 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 at the 𝗡𝗦𝗦 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗦.𝗠.𝗥. 𝗗𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲, Jharbelda, Keonjhar.

During the camp, interacted with enthusiastic NSS volunteers and shared insights on career planning, skill development opportunities, and the 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙡 to help them navigate future employment pathways.

Also highlighted various training programs being implemented by the 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 under the 𝗗𝗠𝗙 scheme, aimed at empowering youth through market-oriented skills and livelihood opportunities.

Glad to be part of the closing ceremony and 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, celebrating the dedication and service spirit of the volunteers in Jharbelda, the adopted village.

Such initiatives play a vital role in nurturing responsible, skilled and socially aware citizens, and it was truly encouraging to witness the energy and commitment of the young 𝙽̲𝚂̲𝚂̲ ̲𝚟̲𝚘̲𝚕̲𝚞̲𝚗̲𝚝̲𝚎̲𝚎̲𝚛̲𝚜̲.

Very happy to share the inspiring success stories of our excellent candidates from Kendujhargarh district who underwent training under PLTP at the LearnNet Skill Training Centre, Ghatagaon. After completing their training, they have been successfully placed in some of the most renowned hotels across India.

We are proud to impart skills among the youth of Keonjhar, equipping them with future-ready career options and empowering them to become self-reliant—contributing to Odisha’s pride and progress.

Through skill-based employment initiatives, 𝟮𝟬 𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 have secured job opportunities in Ahmedabad, Gujarat under the Government of Odisha’s Placement Linked Training Program (𝗣𝗟𝗧𝗣).

Their dedication, combined with the continuous support of our trainers and facilitators, truly reflects the impact of skill development in transforming lives.

A special acknowledgment to the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗘𝗢 - 𝗗𝗠𝗙, who felicitated these achievers and encouraged them to continue their journey of growth and excellence.

Grateful to have participated in today's District Skill Committee (DSC) Meeting, chaired by the DM & Collector Keonjhar, and joined by CEO DMF and ADM Revenue. The session focused on driving skill development through key programs such as Placement Linked Training Program (PLTP), NUA Odisha, Nano Unicorn, Model Career Centre (MCC), World Skill Centre (WSC), and the regular courses of our ITI and Polytechnic institutions.

These collaborative efforts are aimed at empowering youth, creating new opportunities, and fostering entrepreneurship across Keonjhar district. Looking forward to accelerating impactful outcomes for our community with the support of all stakeholders and partners.

Today, MCC/DSDEO, Keonjhar successfully hosted a Mini Job Fair. We were encouraged by the participation of 94 candidates, out of which 47 were shortlisted for the next round.

Alongside the recruitment process, capacity-building sessions were held for all attendees, and our team provided guidance on the NCS Portal to support their job search and application efforts.

We are excited to be a part of the two-day Skill Development and Leadership Program for high-performing adolescents held on 19th and 20th August 2025 at Durbar Hall, Keonjhar! As a Young Professional with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, I had the opportunity to facilitate sessions on Public Speaking, Skill Development and Adaptability, National Career Service, and the Skill Centre run by OSDA.

It was a wonderful platform to contribute towards developing future leaders and empowering the youth of Keonjhar. Looking forward to more such impactful initiatives!
