Event Format

Poster making competition

Scenario:

You are an African delegate visiting India. Make a poster to convince Indian businessmen to start a business in Africa

Or

As an Indian businessman, make a poster to convince the African delegate that why Africa needs your business?

Teams will have the liberty to make any assumptions regarding the business scenario, company name etc.
Teams will have to submit a short description, along with their posters, which can be a caption also.

Weightage

• Theme and authenticity (20%)
• Facebook likes (40%)
• Judges (40%)

Rules of Participation

• All the participants should be from the same institute
• A participant should be a part of one team only
• Any number of teams can participate from a single institute. Posters should be an authenticated work, plagiarism is not allowed. Any deviation from this rule will lead to disqualification
• Team size is limited to maximum 3 members
• Multiple entries are not allowed
• All teams are required to register for the event and like the page
• The decisions of the organizers on the contest will be final and binding on all the participants.
• All teams have to send their entries to [email protected]. The coordinators will upload the posters on https://www.facebook.com/emergeon. Also a notification will be sent to the team once the posters are uploaded. After that all the teams will have the liberty to get as many facebook likes as possible
• The likes till 7th November 23:59 hours will be counted for the competition

Registration ends: 29 October

Deadline for Submission: 4 November

Results: 8 November
