We recognize each of the little one's strengths and skills. You can be at ease while the little ones are safe & happy with us. You can interact with them too from your mobile / computers through Skype video system. We believe that child development program effectiveness is the best with the involvement of parents and so you are always welcome to be with us to monitor, participate and interact with the little ones in our group.Our Creche and day care facility is open Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm. Each one is closely monitored, advised and trained to suit the organization's goal of achieving a 100% child friendly and hygienic atmosphere taking the parents into confidence. Our staff is also well trained on Emergency Preparedness and also on Health and Safety aspects. We conduct classes for our staff regularly and impart direct training on the usage of First Aid, Fire Safety equipments etc. PERSONAL & ENVIRONMENT HYGEINE (HYGEINE IS OUR HABIT)A confident mind and a Hygienic Environment are the major factors for improving the immunity in Children. In view of this, while our activity curriculum focuses on the self construction, we maintain a highly Hygienic atmosphere throughout. Each action towards achieving a hygienic surrounding is identified and is executed and is closely monitored by our administrators. Our personal hygeine programs for our staff includes closely cut nails, wrapped hair, working aprons & caps for maids. We have compulsory regular cleaning of surroundings each morning and evening and a bi weekly thorough cleaning sessions. Each equipment coming in contact with children is maintained with at most care. We also insist on the hygiene aspects of our children. Neat and clean dressing & Cut nails are compulsory. We have also included activities based on personal care & dental protection in our curriculum for children to understand the importance of personal hygiene. SAFETYOne of our primary aim is to maintain safety of our children. We have implemented the use of Closed Circuit TV & Cameras and Recorders around our facility. We have Fire Alarm and Fire fighting systems in place. You will observe that each part of our environment has been given special attention to design in a child friendly and safe manner. However, if you observe that we need to bring in any improvement towards this goal, you are always welcome to our office or write to us. We shall make all necessary attempts to implement the same as your child's safety is our priority. Our school pick up and drop vehicles are driven at speeds below 40 Kmph and carry first aid and fire extinguishers. WELCOME KITEvery child will be provided a Welcome Kit at Smart Ducklings as a part of admission procedure free of cost. The welcome kit shall contain necessary accessories for the kid for their daily needs.ACTIVITY CENTREOur activity centre focuses on developing the skill sets of children while understanding the individuality and we promote social activities. This gives parents relaxation of mind and soul while they are happy and confident that their younger one is happy and probably busy indulged in skill development activities. The parents can be at ease without worrying for the child's timely nutrition needs. We also provide pick up facility from schools. Classical DanceWe assure that the little one will have no dull moments through out.FEE STRUCTUREWe are an organization committed to improve the lives of our customers. We are committed to the safety and hygiene of our children and staff. As you will observe, we are an organization striving excel in our actions and processes thus improving the society. We have strict policy of caring for each child and Fee structure do not stand in between. Our standard fee structure document is available in our office or it can be requested by emailing / enquiring by phone (please look up our contact information). Admission fee is one time and non-refundable. The amounts shown in the fee card are inclusive of the service charges and we do not have any hidden fees. Monthly fees and Transportation Charges are requested in the start of each month and are refundable on pro-rata basis if you wish to re-locate. We do not charge for activity books and maintenance separately. How ever, if you decide to enroll your little one for any activity like Music / yoga / Dance classes, which falls beyond the capability of our direct staff, we shall inform you the charges accordingly in consultation with the external faculty. How Ever.... As mentioned above, we follow a completely transparent system and fee is not our priority and it doesn't come in between us and your children.
