🇮🇳🇮🇳 80th Independence Day Celebration 🇮🇳🇮🇳

"Freedom is not merely a right; it is a responsibility to build a stronger, united and progressive India.”

Ideal Public School celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India with great enthusiasm, patriotic fervour and pride on Saturday, 15th August 2026. The programme commenced at 7:45 a.m. in the presence of the dignitaries, teachers and students.

The programme began with a warm welcome to all the dignitaries and guests. The flag-hoisting ceremony was conducted by Miss Trisha Patole, School Topper of the CBSE Board Examination 2026, along with the dignitaries. The unfurling of the Tricolour was followed by the National Anthem, creating an atmosphere of patriotism and national pride.

The school felicitated Miss Trisha Patole and the scholarship achievers for their remarkable accomplishments. The achievers honoured were Anvesh Khadake, who secured 137th rank at the district level; Eshan Bhide, who secured 67th rank at the district level; Sanavi Chavan, who secured 21st rank at the district level; and Shardul Gapat, who secured 66th rank at the district level. Their achievements brought immense pride to the school and inspired fellow students to strive for excellence.

The introductory speech was delivered by Hon. Mr. Pandharish Cheke, Principal, Ideal Public School. In his address, the Principal presented a comprehensive report on the school’s progress and achievements. He highlighted the various academic accomplishments of the school and proudly shared the outstanding performance of students in various competitive examinations, scholarship examinations and other academic competitions. He appreciated the dedicated efforts of the students, teachers and parents and emphasised the school’s commitment to providing quality education and nurturing students to excel in diverse fields. His address reflected the school’s continuous journey towards academic excellence and holistic development.

The Independence Day Special programme featured a vibrant series of speeches, dances, skits and patriotic performances by students from different grades. Grade I A presented “Our Little Freedom Heroes,” followed by Vedant Irale’s speech on “Why We Celebrate Independence Day.” Grade II A presented the dance “Sandese Aate Hain,” while Bilwa Bhide spoke on “One Nation, One Culture.” Grade II B presented “Bharat Ki Beti.”

Students from higher grades also presented thought-provoking speeches on themes such as “My Dream for India,” “Unsung Heroes of India’s Freedom Struggle,” “My Vision for India in 2047,” and “India’s Freedom Struggle – Lesson for Today’s Youth.” Grade III presented Tiranga Poms, while Grade IV performed “Tera Himalay.”

The patriotic spirit continued with a Nukkad Natak titled “Azaadi Ke Mayne” by Grade VI girls and a skit on the Dandi March by Grade V students. The Yoga Performance by students of Grades VI to X beautifully combined fitness, discipline and patriotism. A powerful skit on Jallianwala Bagh was presented by Grades VI and VII, reminding everyone of the sacrifices made during India's freedom struggle.

The programme concluded with an impressive human pyramid depicting the valour and legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, presented by students of Grades VIII to X. The performance was a magnificent display of strength, coordination, teamwork and determination.

The dignitaries then addressed the gathering. Miss Trisha Patole, Hon. Mrs. Ujwala Bobade, Secretary, DES, and Hon. Mr. Sudhir (Anna) Kore, President, DES, shared their valuable thoughts and inspired the students to uphold the ideals of freedom, unity, responsibility and patriotism.

The programme was well hosted by Grade IX girls Apurva Dudhal, Prajakta Gend. Sharvani Kolekar of Grade IX proposed Vote of Thanks.

The 80th Independence Day celebration at Ideal Public School was a memorable blend of patriotism, cultural expression, historical awareness and student achievement. The programme successfully conveyed the message that the true celebration of freedom lies in becoming responsible citizens, pursuing excellence and contributing positively to the progress of our nation.

🇮🇳🇮🇳 Patriotic Speech Competition for Grade I & II 🇮🇳🇮🇳

A Speech Competition was organized at Ideal Public School for the students of Grade I and II. The competition aimed to develop students’ confidence, communication skills, pronunciation, expression, and public speaking abilities.

The students of Classes I and II spoke on the topic “ My India. My Country, My Pride .”

All the students participated enthusiastically and presented their speeches with confidence, patriotism, and interest.

The competition was judged by Mrs. Pooja Sagare and Mrs. Shwetha Gavade , who carefully evaluated the students’ performances.

The competition was conducted successfully under the guidance and support of our respected Principal, Mr. Pandharish Cheke Sir. His encouragement motivated the students to participate confidently and perform their best.

A Speech Competition was successfully conducted at Ideal Public School, Kavathe Mahankal, on Saturday, 8th August 2026, for the students of Grades III to VIII. The competition provided an excellent platform for students to express their thoughts, ideas, and opinions with confidence.

Students participated enthusiastically and delivered their speeches with great confidence, clarity, and expression. The event helped the participants develop their public speaking skills, communication abilities, confidence, and stage presence. # # Essay Writing Competition Held In Ideal # #

An Essay Writing Competition was successfully organized at Ideal Public School, Kavathe Mahankal on 31 July 2026 for the students of Grades III to VIII. The competition aimed to encourage students to express their thoughts creatively, improve their writing skills, and develop confidence in written communication.

Students from all the participating classes took part with great enthusiasm and presented well-written essays on the given topics. The competition witnessed active participation, showcasing the creativity, imagination, and language skills of the students.

The essays were judged by our Honourable Principal, Mr. Pandharish Cheke Sir, who carefully evaluated each entry based on originality, content, language, presentation, and overall expression. 🌂⛱️⛱️ Umbrella Activity⛱️⛱️🌂

An Umbrella Activity was conducted for the students of Nursery, Jr. KG and Sr. KG at Ideal Public School, Kavathe Mahankal. The activity was designed to make learning fun, interactive and engaging for our little learners.

During the activity, the teacher held one umbrella and performed different actions while moving around the children. The students carefully observed the teacher and imitated the same actions. They followed the teacher’s movements with great excitement and enthusiasm.

This activity helped the children develop their observation skills, listening skills, body coordination, balance, concentration and ability to follow instructions. It also encouraged active participation and made the children comfortable expressing themselves through movements.

The students thoroughly enjoyed this fun-filled activity and participated with great joy and enthusiasm. The Umbrella Activity was a creative, enjoyable and meaningful learning experience for all the young learners.

आयडियल पब्लिक स्कूल, कवठेमहांकाळ येथे इयत्ता १ ली व २ रीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी मराठी वाचन स्पर्धेचे उत्साहपूर्ण वातावरणात आयोजन करण्यात आले. या स्पर्धेचा मुख्य उद्देश विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये मराठी भाषेची आवड निर्माण करणे, शुद्ध उच्चार, प्रवाही वाचन, आत्मविश्वास तसेच भाषिक कौशल्यांचा विकास घडवून आणणे हा होता.

आयडियल पब्लिक स्कूल येथे नर्सरी, ज्युनिअर केजी व सिनिअर केजीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी मराठी बालगीत स्पर्धेचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. या स्पर्धेचा उद्देश विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये मराठी भाषेची आवड निर्माण करणे, स्पष्ट उच्चार, आत्मविश्वास, मंचावर सादरीकरणाची कला आणि भाषिक कौशल्यांचा विकास करणे हा होता.

विद्यार्थ्यांनी उत्साहाने व आत्मविश्वासाने सुंदर मराठी बालगीते सादर केली. त्यांच्या निरागस अभिनयाने, हावभावांनी आणि स्पष्ट उच्चारांनी उपस्थितांची मने जिंकली. सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांनी उत्कृष्ट सहभाग नोंदवत स्पर्धा आनंददायी व संस्मरणीय केली.

* गजर कीर्तनाचा सोहळा विठ्ठलाचा *

आयडियल पब्लिक स्कूल मध्ये आषाढी एकादशी निमित्त विशेष कार्यक्रम उत्साहात साजरा करण्यात आला. कार्यक्रमाची सुरुवात दीपप्रज्वलन व विठू माऊलीच्या मूर्तीचे पूजन करून झाली. शाळेतून छोट्या वारकऱ्यांची दिंडी व पालखी टाळ चिपळीच्या जयघोषात अंबिका मंदिरात नेण्यात आली. यावेळी अभंग, हरिपाठ, भक्तिगीते सादर केली. तसेच शिक्षकांनी आषाढी एकादशीचे महत्त्व सांगितले.

या प्रसंगी विद्यार्थ्यांना वारकरी संप्रदायाची परंपरा, पंढरपूरची वारी, संतांचे विचार आणि भक्ती, समता, प्रेम व मानवतेचा संदेश यांची माहिती देण्यात आली.

सदर कार्यक्रमामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये आध्यात्मिक, सांस्कृतिक आणि नैतिक मूल्यांची जपणूक करण्याची प्रेरणा निर्माण झाली. छोट्या वारकऱ्यांनी फुगडीचा फेर धरला आणि सारे वातावरण भक्तिमय झाले. अशा भक्तिमय वातावरणात सर्व मुला -मुलींनी सहभोजनाचा आनंद घेतला.

शेवटी; शाळेचे मुख्याध्यापक आदरणीय पंढरीश चेके सर यांच्या हस्ते आरती करण्यात आली.याप्रसंगी त्यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांना संतांचे विचार आचरणात आणण्याचा मौलिक संदेश दिला.
