Admission Details 2013-2014

Admission open only for (class 1) and (class 5) per year Selection Procedure to take admission in Future4junior40
Fill the application forms with correct data incase of any mistaken you are only responsible for that.
Two color photo is use in application form.
A test is conducted by F4j40 and if you are selected then only you are eligible to take admission in F4j40.
Only 20 seats available in (class 1)per year and 20 seats in (class 5)per year.
Total 40 Students selected for a year in Examination.

Dear students and his parents,
Welcome to Future4Junior40 !!!!!

This is a story that I like to share with you so please read on before you continue browsing our site.
When I attended my very first junior training course in 2007, the trainer said at the time: “ Rizwan, one day you will become a trainer ! ”.

I don’t know was it something I did or said or a certain skill I exhibited during the training that made him say that! … Whatever was the reason, I will never forget those words although at that time, they did not mean much to me.

For me that training was just a few days away from work and difficult students and a lot of fun too … It was just a training! and it was only after few months later, when I started experiencing the real success in my studies career, that I realized the importance of that training session and those uttered words.
My “other than conscious mind” was learning all those skills and strategies, instilling them for me to use them later … my preconscious mind proved him right yet another time when I surely became a trainer in 2012.

That trainer had a vision … Wow!
Now as a trainer I sometimes feel, see, notice and hear about some shining stars who attended my training and who became someone different later on.

They have grown and evolved to become leaders, lead trainers and managers. Now I know how it is easy to predict future behavior from present behavior whilst inducing an accelerated learning state in my delegates’ mind and encouraging their participation.

Dear participants, I am writing to you today as the owner and founder of my own self ,Future4junior40, a true F4j40 in my personal career development path, a dream that came true for me, going above and beyond that trainer’s expectation.

Having worked and represented a number of various training giants in the market, for several years, I can assure you that you are with one of the best.

Come in to our training room, and leave outside your own knowledge, leave your shoes and your conscious mind by the door! It is only by removing those barriers of existing knowledge and myths that you will be able to receive fresh inflows of teaching and learning.

Sooner or later it will pave the way for you to go to the next level, to shift your paradigm and give you another perspective of life.

Our training programs are like a counseling tool; it will nudge you out of your own personal mindset and help you develop qualities of mental flexibility and creativity.

Future 4 junior 40 is essentially an Indian residential school for 40 boys intake only every year through admission test. That is to say, the staff and the scholars are predominantly Indian, and its educational policy is oriented towards life in India and India's place in world affairs. But this has not come in the way of one of the School's most important assets: its international, multiracial and cross-regional cosmopolitan character.

This is an asset of immeasurable educational value. Boys from many different parts of India, of different castes and from different religious communities, are living, working, eating, worshipping and playing together with boys from other nations with different social and religious customs. We can hardly over emphasize the importance of this factor.

The intellectual, emotional and social adjustments a boy must make in such an environment provide additional interest and stimulus in his school life, and are a useful preparation for such adjustments in later life in an increasingly international world.
