Competing among talented participants from across the state, he displayed outstanding concentration, speed, and precision in mental calculations. On the occasion of Panchayati Raj Day, the students of Grade 7th of our school visited the Jasrota Panchayat to understand the functioning of local self-government. The visit aimed to create awareness among students about the importance of Panchayati Raj institutions in rural development and governance.
During the visit, the Panchayat members warmly welcomed the students and explained their roles and responsibilities. They shared how decisions are taken at the village level, how funds are managed, and how various development works are carried out for the welfare of the community.
The students also got an opportunity to interact with the Sarpanch and other members, where they asked questions and learned about real-life challenges and solutions in village administration. The visit helped students understand the significance of democracy at the grassroots level.
Overall, it was an informative and enriching experience that enhanced the students’ knowledge about the Panchayati Raj system and encouraged them to become responsible citizens.

Earth Day, celebrated on 22nd April, reminds us of our duty to protect and preserve the environment.

Our school marked this special day with great enthusiasm. Various activities were organized by Grade 8 students to spread awareness. They participated in poster making, created eco-friendly planters, made useful items from waste materials promoting recycling, and expressed their creativity through stone painting. Some students also took part in a group song and a debate competition, highlighting the importance of environmental conservation.

These activities helped students understand the value of nature and their role in protecting it. Earth Day inspires us to adopt simple habits like planting trees, saving water, and reducing pollution. We must care for our planet every day.
