आज हिंदी पखवाड़े के तहत हिंदी ओलंपियाड परीक्षा का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें 70 से ज्यादा विद्यार्थियों ने भाग लिया।इस परीक्षा का आयोजन हिंदी विभाग द्वारा किया गया और यह परीक्षा हिंदी अध्यापिका नीरज शर्मा और श्रीमती पायल शर्मा की देखरेख में संपन्न हुई।

हिंदी पखवाड़े के अनुसार राजभाषा हिंदी के प्रचार प्रसार में वर्ष भर में कई समारोहो का आयोजन किया जाता है। प्रत्येक वर्ष 14 सितंबर को हिंदी दिवस मनाया जाता है और इसी के तहत एक सितंबर से 14 सितंबर तक हिंदी पखवाड़ा मनाया जाता है इसी श्रृंखला के तहत 'जे०के०पब्लिक' स्कूल में भी 'हिंदी पखवाड़े' का शुभारंभ हुआ है। हिंदी पखवाड़े के पहले दिन' जे०के०पब्लिक 'स्कूल की छात्राओं ने एक नैतिक मूल्य पर आधारित लघु नाटिका और हिंदी भाषा पर नृत्य पेश कर हिंदी भाषा के महत्व को बताया।

The management of JK Public School Kathua organised a sumptuous lunch at 007 resorts,near Ranjit sagar dam,for the teachers and also felicitate them with beautiful gifts to recognise the hardwork of their teachers.The hall vibrated with power packed and sensational performances of the teachers.The melodious songs,the heartthrobing dances and thrilling games made the day most memorable one for the teachers.

The most auspicious ceremonial occasion INVESTITURE CEREMONY of the JK PUBLIC SCHOOL KATHUA was celebrated on 30th August 2024,with full zeal,zest and enthusiasm. The Investiture ceremony is one of the momentous occasions when the school entrusts hope,faith and mantle of responsibility to the newly appointed school cabinet.The honourable chief guest Sh Mangat Ram Sharma,chief education officer,Director of the school Mr Sankalp kamal,Principal Dr MK Bhan,graced the occasion.A garland of motivational words by him guided the student council members to be the role models and render their responsibilities sincerely as a nation builders of tomorrow and be proud to be an Indian.
The school head boy Aryan,head girl Mona,sports captain Geetanshu,cultural captain Ashi,Discipline captain Soumya and house captains and prefects conferred with badges,sashes and flags.
