St Mary's Educational Institution Bela - Kasaragod" St Marys Educational Institution provides a good education for students with a well devoloped Computer Lab,Science Lab,Library & various activities

Bela is a beautiful village in Kasaragod District. The people here are
friendly, peace loving, and cooperative. There is very good communal
harmony here. The village is not developed due to the lack of educational
institutions. The arrival of efficient parish priests in the church have tried
there level best to improve the place. Now Bela has become a Pilgrim centre
and a tourism spot declared by

the Government. Our local manager has a
great part in the progress of Bela. By efforts of Very Rev Fr. Basil Vas, here opened our Regular school on
June 1st2005 with efficient staff. It has produced excellent students with high
grades of performance. We are proud to have a spacious building, well
equipped laboratory, Computer Lab, a rich library and sufficient furniture. This school is under the Management of Catholic Board of Education,
Mangalore who run more than 300 educational institutions ranging from
kindergarten up to Post Graduation Colleges. The local management is done
by the St. Mary’s education Trust C/o Our Lady Of Dolours Church Bela.
