s to train high school students under the Pappu Zebra Program of Kerala Police. I started going up the ladder of my career as I got opportunities to engage classes at variety of institutions and organizations. I have trained the NSS, NCC and SPC cadets. I am very happy to note that I got a chance to train many a police officer in Kerala. From my experiences and by analyzing the trainees’ feedback I think that what is needed is “Road Traffic Education”. This will lead to road culture. One or two lessons on road safety will not suffice. We have got to adopt the policy “catch them young” and drive home the rules that the citizens have to abide by while they use the road. Let road traffic education pave the way for habit formation and a new life style, upholding the security and safety of invaluable human life. Alert today - Alive tomorrow!
