🌏 Strengthening Global Academic Partnerships 🌏

IIT Jodhpur was delighted to host a distinguished faculty delegation from National D**g Hwa University (NDHU), Taiwan, comprising four professors from the College of Social Sciences and Humanities and the College of Management. The delegation was led by Professor Yan-Shu Lin, Director of the Ph.D. Program in Asia-Pacific Regional Studies and Acting Dean of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, NDHU. Coordinating faculty from IIT Jodhpur is Dr. Devi Prasad, Faculty, School of Management & Entrepreneurship. The discussions focused on exploring potential collaborations and academic partnerships between IIT Jodhpur and NDHU, paving the way for impactful global engagement.
The meeting was graced by the presence of Prof. Avinash Agarwal, Director, IIT Jodhpur, and Prof. Ankur Gupta, Dean, International Relations. We look forward to building a strong and meaningful academic connection with NDHU Taiwan.

Visit of European Union delegates to IIT Jodhpur:

In a significant step towards fostering collaboration between India and European nations, IIT Jodhpur hosted a delegation of distinguished EU members. The delegation included Dr. Søren Tranberg Hansen (Embassy of Denmark in India), Ms. Tea Pirih (Slovenian Embassy New Delhi), Mr. Michael Pal (Austrian Embassy New Delhi), Ms. Geeny George Shaju (Sweden in India), Ms. Viktoria Apitzsch (German Embassy New Delhi), and Dr. Vaibhav Agarwal (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - German Research Foundation) coordinated by Mr. Kinchit Bihani (Delegation of the European Union to India)

The visit featured insightful discussions on cutting-edge research, innovation, academic exchange programs, and joint collaborations. The delegation engaged in productive brainstorming sessions with faculty, staff, students, and Institute International Relations Committee members.

The meeting, chaired by Dr. Ankur Gupta, Associate Dean (International Connect) from IIT Jodhpur side, significantly strengthened international academic and research collaborations. All participants' collective efforts contributed to this event's resounding success.
