Starting self defence early. 3 of our children participated in the State level Karate tournament today.
Kudos to the children for waiting patiently for their turn and to participate without any fear.
Special appreciation to parents for taking the children and making them participate inspite of the rain.

It's not always bad to memorize information. Memorisation teaches your brain to remember and helps to prevent cognitive decline. Cognitive development is one of the main for children especially between the age of 3-6 years.

A classic song that comes through generations. Yet again being passed on to another. Some songs live forever due to the beautiful meaning that the song carries.

Speaking in front of a crowd is always a Himalayan task for the most of us. But, when a child does it from the beginning it becomes just another thing to do. At Eurokids, Karur, children are exposed to Public speaking right from the beginning.

How many thirukkurals do you know?

Thirukkural is not just 2 lines that each one memorizes.

* It helps us with pronunciations of sounds which is an essential aspect of language.

* It's a condensed version of life lessons for all

* Finally, also helps in retaining memory. We need to keep the order of the kurals in mind. In some of the thirukkurals the words are also similar
(Eg: துப்பார்க்குத் துப்பாய துப்பாக்கித் துப்பார்க்குத் துப்பாய தூஉம் மழை. )

At Eurokids, children get to learn many thirukkurals along with the meaning. A strong base will help anyone for life.
