Implant abutment torque wrench:
Very useful tool for every implantologist. Implant abutment torque wrench makes our life very easy, especially cases where putting healing collar or abutment is very difficult because of very less interarch space or in patients with severe gag reflex. And no chances of screwdriver slipping in the mouth. I purchased implant torque wrench from Buzzdent 3 months back and now I am using it in every case. One more good thing is, it comes with a number of screwdrivers of different implant systems and two lengths, small and long.

Old case, today I don't use gelatin sponge as barrier. I wait blood clot to mature and pack MTA or Bioceramic putty over it.

Young 17Y/M, referred for re-RCT of tooth 36.
Got his RCT done about 2 years back, referring dentist attempted re t/t and GP slipped to PA area.
1st step is to do pre-endo BU so that rubber dam can be applied seamlessly and perform treatment under magnification. Its mandatory to use specially when treatment is carried under magnification.

Patient came with food lodgment in left upper back tooth, where she got Root canal treatment & crown few years back. Clinically there was proximal gap leading to food lodgment.
IOPAR showed incomplete RCF. Suggested her to get Endodontic re-tx and crown.
