I have done my bachelor degree in ayurveda in 1989 from shri Krishna ayurvedic college, kurukshetra.
DYTT Health care and Research centre is working in the field of ayurveda under the supervision of Dr. Ajit Singh karnal ,haryana ( india) . (Dr.Ajit Singh is a multidimensional personalityHe has done his bachelor degree in ayurveda in 1989 from shri Krishna ayurvedic college, kurukshetra. Beside this he even expertises in mudra vigyan, swar vigyan,kundalini vigyan,dharan,acupressure and reiki.)

According to the ayurveda the universe is created from five basic elements i.e. The same basic five elements constitute the human body . Ayurveda physiology describes that human body is composed of doshas or metabolic components .The Auyrveda is an ancient science of life originally created by lord brahma,as a part of atharva veda for the health and longevity of life. The main objective of ayurveda is to maintain the health of healthy and provide relief to diseased person.
